Everybody can’t avoid stress, full time works, unpleasant things, bad people, failureness, it cause stress, even a strange sound that we think it’s normal
Stress is defined as a person's response to their environment
Here’s my tips for u that I usually do, at least help u reduce the stress
1. Chocolate
It’s my favorite snack, and sometimes become a main serving lol…
Chocolate contain compound which can stimulate happiness in our mind
Don’t buy dark chocolate or any bitter chocolate, but sweet chocolate, milky chocolate, etc. make sure it’s taste good or appropriate ur appetite
2. Bathroom
Wash all over your body, do shower or hot bath, it okay to use netrual (not cold) water, but I recomended use warm or hot water for bath, add aroma theraphy would be excelent
Make sure u feel relax and loose. Don’t use water dipper, it have ur body work, so u can’t enjoy
3. Bed
Get ur beauty sleep, or nap. it’s generally works, but doesn’t work well for those who has sleep problem, and also could make u mad or cry when u wake up
U need to have ur bedroom clean, arrange the room temperature, turn off anything that can cause disturbing sound, aroma theraphy would be great, and u can turn jazz or classic music on if u comfortable with it
4. LOL
Laugh, hang out with friends, have fun, watch funny movie, read cartoons, ask people to tell u jokes. It’s not easy to laugh sometimes, but when u can, u know it’s big
5. Beauty Salon
Do make over, get urself different style but looks fabulous, change ur hair style, go fashion shopping, make sure u’re satisfied with ur look, I mean u feel beauty, cute, handsome, or cool
